1) Login
Students must log in to all the subjects (including failing courses) in the myNTU “Exchange Student Foreign Course Registration and Acquisition Application System” within two months after returning to the country for the course of study abroad, and then register the courses passed with the proper scores, attach documents of the exchange program, foreign school materials (including syllabus, class time and number of weeks of class), foreign school transcripts, and the local school’s transcripts over the years, reviewed by the Department of Education and the Office of Academic Affairs.
2) Credits
- If you want to confirm in advance whether the subjects and credits (including general education courses) for studying in foreign countries can be counted as “required courses” or “the major’s elective courses”, you can fill in the documents of “Study courses and credits application forms for foreign exchanges” before going abroad, attaching the syllabus to the department for review. If you want to apply for “general elective courses”, you do not need to apply for an examination in advance. After you return, you can attach the relevant documents to the department to apply for its credits. The scores obtained by the exchange program are not counted in the school’s score calculation.
- If you want to apply for Physical Education credits, please submit the application form, transcripts and syllabus to the department, and the department will send them to the sports room for review.
