Our decisions are always faced with past experiences and considerations for the future, but what time really is, it still affects scholars of different fields.
For such abstract thing, it is difficult to estimate, and it deeply affects the life and operation of various creatures. How do our brains master this kind of “stream”? How does the process of evolution give us the ability to make our own decisions?
Do you want to be our partner, study the form of time, and research about how does time affect our decision-making?

Bachelor’s or Master’s research assistant

[WORK CONTENT]
Cooperated with Teacher Lin Shu-Zhen from the Institute of Clinical Research of the Academia Sinica, Behavioral experiment of fruit flies (only behavioral experiment, no parting nor biochemical experiment)

[REQUIREMENTS]
High enthusiasm and ability in life science experiments, psychological experiments, neuroscience experiments, or experimental economics. Graduates of related departments are preferred.

[LOCATION]
Department of Economics, Shu-Xian Hall, Institute of Social Sciences, National Taiwan University
Academia Sinica Interdisciplinary Building
Most of the time will at the Academia Sinica, there is a free shuttle bus from National Taiwan University.

[WORKING HOURS]
9:00～17:00 or 10:00～18:00

[MONTHLY BREAK]
 Weekends, and according to the announcement of the Personnel Administration Bureau

[BENEFITS]
 Free to use the school’s library, and discounts are available for gyms, swimming pools, and stores.

[SALARY]
 Monthly salary for  Master’s degree is NTD 37,135, and for Bachelor’s degree is NTD 32,466. It is negotiable if there are transportation fee or other factors
